This antibody has been specifically formulated to be used in the CREB (Phospho-Ser133) Transcription Factor Assay Kit (Item No. 10009846). Prepare the primary antibody diluting 1:100 in 1X Antibody Binding Buffer (ABB) as outlined below. Add 100 ?l of diluted CREB (Phospho-Ser133) antibody to each well except the Blank (Blk) wells. Discard any unused diluted primary antibody.
