TAK-041 is an agonist of G protein-coupled receptor 139 (GPR139).{62534} It induces calcium mobilization in cells expressing human GPR139 (EC50 = 22 nM). In vivo, TAK-041 (0.3 and 3 mg/kg) increases social interaction in mice.
