Cayman’s Senescence-Associated ?-Galactosidase Staining Kit provides a simple and fast method for the detection of senescence in cultured cells. After incubation with the staining solution at 37°C, a blue color develops in senescent cells, while non-senescent cells remain unstained. A sufficient amount of each reagent is provided to test 150 wells in a 12-well format.
