Sabutoclax is a pan-inhibitor of the Bcl-2 family proteins Bcl-xL, Bcl-2, Mcl-1, and Bfl-1 (IC50s = 0.31, 0.32, 0.2, and 0.62 µM, respectively).{62395} It inhibits the proliferation of BP3 B cell lymphoma cells, as well as PC3 prostate and H460 lung cancer cells (IC50s = 0.049, 0.13, and 0.56 µM, respectively). Sabutoclax (5 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth in an M2182 prostate cancer mouse xenograft model.
