Bertin Technologies has developed a new Tissue dissociation workflow that combines enzymatic and mechanical dissociation. This workflow is made up of The Precellys Evolution Instrument, the Precellys Dissociation tubes and Precellys Multi-Tissue Dissociation Kit.
The Precellys Dissociation tubes are 15 mL tubes, sterile, that were developed to dissociate Mouse Heart, Lung, Liver, Spleen, and Thymus tissue.
It is the Mechanical part of the workflow, that goes onto the Precellys Evolution Instrument.
Must be bought with Precellys Multi-Tissue Dissociation Kit.
