LY2228820 inhibits TNF-α production in LPS-treated mice and reduces paw swelling and cartilage destruction in a rat model of chronic inflammation with threshold minimum 50% doses (TMED50) values of <1, 1.5, and 1.5 mg/kg, respectively.
