Baeocystin-d4 (Item No. 37125) is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of baeocystin (Item No. 31583) by GC- or LC-MS. Baeocystin is categorized as a tryptamine.{61321} It is an intermediate in the biosynthesis of psilocybin (Item Nos. 9003134 | 14041) in mushrooms.{61322} Unlike psilocybin, baeocystin does not induce the head-twitch response (HTR) in mice. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
